How to delete cookie files: Delete Cookies in Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the 'Tools' menu.
2. In the 'Tools' menu, click on 'Internet Options'.
3. The Internet Options pop-up window appears.
4. Under the General Tab select the 'Delete Cookies' button.
5. Delete cookies by clicking 'OK'.
Optional: • Select the 'Delete Files' button to clear the Internet cache. Make sure to check the box to 'Delete all offline content'. • Delete temporary Internet file history data by selecting 'Clear History'.
How to delete cookie files: Delete Cookies in Firefox
1. In the 'Tools' menu, click on 'Options', or in the 'Edit' menu, click on 'Preferences' depending on your Firefox version.
2. The Options pop-up window will open.
3. From along the left side of the window select the 'Privacy' icon. This displays the Privacy Settings in the right side of the window.
4. The option to erase the temporary Internet file 'Cookies' is near the bottom of the list. 5. Click 'Clear' to delete cookies.
Optional: • Delete all temporary Internet files by selecting the 'Clear All' button. • Delete specific temporary Internet files such as History or Cache files by selecting their individual 'Clear' buttons.

1. In the 'Safari' menu, click on 'Preferences'.
2. Preferences pop-up window will open.
3. From along the top of the window select the 'Security' icon. This displays the Security Settings in the window.
4. Click on 'Show Cookies'.
5. The Cookie window will pop up. Click on 'Remove All' to delete cookies.
Optional: • Delete all temporary Internet files by selecting the 'Reset Safari' button in your 'Safari' menu.

1. In the 'Tools' menu, click on 'Delete Private Data'.
2. The Delete Private Data window will pop up. Click on 'Delete' to delete cookies.
